Today I needed to go work in garden for awhile and Case came with me to play outside for awhile, I bought him his own little garden tools and he played for a whole lot of 5 minutes before crawling over the garden and getting into trouble... boy oh boy!
I am soo excited that my green thumb is still growing! I have onions, garlic and potatoes coming up as well as my "cheater" plants that I bought at Wally World aka walmart. We did have a freeze the other night and i thought I lost my plants, but my cilantro, rosemary and part of my bell pepper plant survived. while, the bell pepper plant looks quite sad, it is still green and has some leaves.... the birds are vicious!!
I had 2 rows of radishes coming on, but the birds liked them a little much, so i planted my beets in a grow box and it is upstairs in our bedroom. I also have 20 okra plants that are about 4 inches tall with 4 leaves, I will be transplanting them soon.
Gardening is fun soo far!!
Oh, and I made salsa with my home grown cilantro over the weekend, and it was by far the best salsa I have ever eaten!!

I just love it that you post on a regular basis. I love keeping up with how much Case is growing. There is no baby in that little boy anymore!
